Great location. The accommodations were super and service was excellent. The bar tender Michelle was wonderful and provided us with great information of the local area and amenities.

Hacienda Santa Rosa will forever live in my memory as one of the most magical places I've stayed. Despite being managed by a hotel chain, it hasn't lost its patina and authenticity. I come to MTY at least 6 x a year, I try to stay at different Hotels just to experience and see the difference, This is by FAR the BEST one out here! It’s brand new!!!! I’ve picked several others based on Name “ “, but some of them are old and out dated, this one is brand new and Modern! You have to stay here! You won’t regret it!

The only issue was the service they offer for premium guests on the 12th floor, the staff was not too helpful and or friendly.

Absolutely beautiful property and some of the most amazing staff I have ever met. This place is such a gem in a place that can be hit or miss with resorts. It was small but so easy to navigate and very walkable. If you’re looking for a second home and another family then this is the place!!

Went to this resort with family and my 4 year old son. He had a blast and so did we as adults. There was so much to do to keep us entertained. . I would definitely recommend staying a minimum of 3 nights as there is so much you would want to explore. The rooms and overall resort was clean and well kept , all of the staff was welcoming and friendly. The view from my room was beautiful I had the sunsets of the lagoon room was ok clean bed was fine for México standards coming from New York.
