"Great all inclusive, great food, great service. I would definitely return again. The pool was clean as well as the entire resort. The view of the arch from RIU palace is unbeatable."

"During our 5 day experience, my girlfriend and I found the resort to be fun and eventful. It was clean and the drinks and most restaurants were delicious. Staff was very attentive, genuine, and kind! Activities always a fun time! They had pool games, pool fitness, volleyball games on the beach, etc. I recommend this stay when traveling to Mexico!"
"Fun spot for large families but not a place for relaxing. Their vacation planners upcharge you on everything and their pricing for massage and credit is unecessarily complex. The Ala cart breakfast and house made pasta were the food highlights.
It’s a party destination…not a wellness retreat"
"Would we go back, yes! The staff was great, very clean and had everything available of what we needed. Only 4 stars would be the app could be more user friendly and the food was just okay, warm, you will not starve. Bar staff was great! We are not picky people and don’t expect the best. Cleanliness and friendliness is our main concern."
"Stayed here mainly because the location is excellent — very close to the beach, marina, restaurants, and easy to walk almost everywhere. The staff was friendly and the overall area felt lively and convenient.
However, the rooms are very outdated and the biggest issue was the strong unpleasant smell inside the room. We had to keep the balcony door open most of the time because the air felt very heavy and uncomfortable. Without fresh air coming in, it was honestly difficult to stay in the room for long periods.
If the hotel renovates the rooms and improves ventilation/freshness, this place could be much better because the location itself is really great."

"Only complaint I have was there app has to be more user friendly you can’t really use until u r checked in. I could have made my reservations before hand and shuttle reservation.
We got suckered into buying a membership for Hyatt hotels when trying to get a taxi.
Last thing we ran out of shampoo 2 days before leaving and that wasn’t replaced.
Everything else was perfect."
"I rarely write negative reviews, but this stay at Nobu Hotel was a full miss—and not a close call.
First, it is wildly overpriced for what you get. A simple double espresso was $12, which is a good proxy for how everything is priced on property. And because there is effectively no off-property experience unless you’re willing to take a 45-minute cab ride, you’re completely captive to those prices. The result: you end up spending a small fortune just existing there.
Which brings me to the bigger issue: the service and operations simply didn’t work. We had no hot water the entire stay—four days, not one hot shower—despite repeated and very clear requests to fix it. On the final night, they offered to move us, which was impractical at that point since we were fully settled. That’s not a solution.
They also placed a $1,000 food & beverage hold on the credit card—which, candidly, ended up being about what it cost per day anyway with four of us across two rooms eating and spending moderately on property. That alone tells you everything you need to know about the economics of staying there.
In sum: completely overrated, operationally flawed, and absurdly expensive for what it delivers. The Nobu brand may carry weight elsewhere, but this property does not live up to it.
Go somewhere else."

"Our great stay until checkout came, and we found out that my two Cartier rings were stolen by housekeeping. Security checked the card reader logs, and found out that housekeeping came in four times but did not clean the room. Presumably checking to see if we had left anything in the room. They maid Amelia who was assigned to our room, entered and left with my belongings and also clocked out of her shift two hours early without notifying anyone, because she had two Cartier rings in her possession (which is obviously more money than what she can make there in weeks or maybe even months)
I filed a report with the hotel and they’ve done nothing other than deny, my claims and telling me to check my luggage more carefully. I don’t recommend going here unless you’re OK with theft."
