"This resort IS TOO BIG. RIDICULOUS! You have to take a shuttle bus everywhere you go to get anywhere, insane food prices, jungala water park not included even though you're staying at Jungala?? Beautiful rooms, pools are pretty nice (but cold), but beach is rocky and not swimmable. Overall would not return. Staff are super nice but the size of the resort makes their job at trying to reserve stuff / restaurants/ communication near impossible. Just trying to do a load of laundry took an act of God. Never again."
