"From start to finish, this resort delivered! The resport is lovely - from the rooms to the pool, everything is well-maintained and feels fresh. The staff outshone themselves - so friendly, helpful and fun! Food, cocktails, atmosphere, location were all amazing! we genuinely could have stayed another week - and will definitely be back! Special shout out to Daniella in the spa - genuinely one of the best massages / spa experiences I have had EVER - so glad I booked!"

"We had a wonderful experience at this old, inclusive hotel from the amenities in their room to the staff and the restaurants. The only thing I was disappointed is the beach location and wifi access. Beach in front of hotel has erosion barriers and rocks. I would definitely stay here again if I didn’t care about getting out of the hotel to go to the beach, but with so many hotels available to choose from, I will try a different one next time. "

"The Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancún vibe is very relaxed and the place was spotless. Staff without exception were great starting with an "ask" on checking in that was accomodated followed by room service as were arrived later in the evening. The pool was a bit chilly as weather during our week was chilly too but we enjoyed each of the restaurants, the spa and used a bali bed on the beach for our last full day (really worth it if we join family/grandkids there next time!) Thank you to all the staff that made this an awesome trip!"
