As a frequent traveler, I’ve had the opportunity to stay in several luxury hotels, but my recent experience at the Hotel Grand Sirenis was disappointing in every aspect. Despite its 5-star rating, I encountered numerous issues that affected my stay:
1. Poor hygiene: The state of the rooms left much to be desired. The linens were stained, the furniture as well, and the minibar was inexplicably empty. Additionally, the lack of basic toiletries was unacceptable.
2. Food poisoning: During my stay, I suffered from food poisoning due to the hotel’s food. The quality and hygiene of the meals were questionable, completely ruining my dining experience.
3. Bedbug infestation: To top it off, we woke up with bedbug bites. This is unacceptable in any hotel, especially one that promotes itself as a luxury establishment.
4. In summary, the Hotel Grand Sirenis fell short of the expectations one would have for a 5-star accommodation. I cannot recommend it to other travelers, and I hope the management takes steps to improve quality and customer service.
