"It was all great , very attentive staff and friendly. We had everything we needed at all times. Breakfast buffet was very good, had everything you could want. There will be a line to enter. Pool servers were busy but always asking if we needed anything. Plan on early rising if you want to claim a prime sun lounger. Towels start appearing on the lounges around 730. Restaurants were good, but there is room for improvement. King bed was very comfortable. Linens and towels are good quality. Ocean view was fantastic. "

"The room was nice and the resort was very clean. Breakfast was amazing however I would give the other meals a lower rating. I miss the entertainment that we had several years ago as there have been some changes."

"We have been to this resort many times and love it. While they have great food, clean rooms, and beautiful grounds, the thing that stands out the most is the service. As soon as we got there, Fernando granted us and took us to check in. He is a person and is so very welcoming. Then at the club tower, Emmanuel and the rest of the staff are wonderful. They make you feel part of the family. Then out by the pool, Judith and Carlos helped to make every day great. We’ve been to many resorts and this is by far our favorite! "
