Each room is different, so make sure you request a room that has been recently renovated. The area surrounding the hotel come alive at night. It was a bit tricky getting into the area. So from the cancun airport you will need to take a taxi or bus to the Puerto Juarez. Then u will need to get a ferry to get to the island with is where the resort is at. But other then that everything else was great.
The property is on the quiet end of the island and on a quiet street. We were there in the off-season (Nov) when restaurants close early (6-7pm), so we had to eat early or keep some groceries in the refrigerator.
