Todo muy bien, recomiendo señalizar el exterior, de noche es difícil encontrar el hotel.

i loved this little hotel. i understand people's frustration with the rooms and privacy options etc, but when i went to them with my request to change rooms they were very accommodating. i would say if you want a private bathroom/shower you have to request that....also if you want to be able to open your windows and want privacy you have to request that as well. the rooftop breakfast spot was lovely....the staff was kind and helpful.

This simple but comfortable and safe hotel was perfect for my stay in Cartagena. The owner Amparo and Leidy helped me so much! My room had a bed, safe, bathroom, mirror and a place to hang my clothes. This room and hotel were VERY clean. The air conditioner in my room was perfect and I could control the temp. The neighborhood is adorable! I 100% recommend this place! Also, the hotel displays art made by people with Down syndrome. I bought a wonderful painting which I have hanging in my home! ...

I'm a 35 yr old male and was travelling with my business partner. To our surprise our room was a two bedroom two bathroom two story loft. The beds were king size and supremely comfortable. The hotel was fantastic Have absolutely zero complaints. The free breakfast was fine. Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, crossiants and juices/coffee. The staff is great. This hotel is in a perfect location to visit the Old City as well as trendy Getsemani neighborhood. Overlooking the beautiful plaza and the gate to the Old City it allows to explore both sites without the noise and crowds of the live inside the city. You don't need to rent a car. It's within the walking distance to everything, including ferries to Rosario Islands, hop on- hop -off tour bus, supermarkets and of course to the Old city itself. Safe to walk day and night. I had a great stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds are a little uncomfortable and if you bring in a guest from outside there is a small fee. Overall I am very pleased with this hotel and i would definitely stay here again.

Staying in this hotel was such a great experience. I was there with my bf for 54 days and we had an amazing time. This hotel is very well situated. 5-7 min walk to the old city. The area was pretty quiet, safe and well secured. This hotel has an amazing staff. From the moment that we walked into the hotel to check-in, to the moment of the check out, the staff of the hotel was exceptionally friendly. Candelaria in particular is am amazing woman. She was very kind and assisted us in all our needs....

I am a 27 caucasian male that was traveling alone. I was looking for something affordable within walking distance of the city. I live in New York and have extensive world traveling experience so that may have made me more open to the hotel. Its located in one of the best possible locations in the city for a young person. You can see the Clock Tower from the front door and its right between the Walled City and Getsemani, which is where all the young people stay and there is a vibrant night...

Friendly staff, clean property, very nice located in a safe neighborhood with a variety of great cuisine restaurants around and walking distance from mayor turistic places, it is noisy at night keep it in mind before reserving

Omggggg I had the BEST SOLO TRIP . As a young African American that can be very scary. However no one was going to stop my vacation. This beautiful hotel picked me up , purchased me a cake, went to the pharmacy for me when I was cramping terribly, they went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe at all times. I felt like family there . I met John, Marcus, and Luis omg the best hosts ever! My biggest thing was it looked like a mini forest in the hotel with lizards and the biggest cutest turtle...

This hotel is incredible!! so close to city center and all main attractions in Cartagena . I one hundred percent recommend it, staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast , pool restaurant , carta ajena and rooftop were excellent also so sophisticated. Great little Hotel in the heart of the Getsemani Neighborhood. All the Hotel staff are nice and attentive, especially Carlos, he takes care of you. Gracias Carlos por todo. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Cartagena. PS: The breakfast is a nice touch!!!

A new facility opened only 25 days before our arrival, the hotel combined two colonial-era houses with a courtyard between them. The rooftop pool had a panoramic view of Cartagena, and was a lovely relaxation locale for a beer at sunset. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Coffee and cookies was offered at 5 PM. A unique and private hotel of only 6 comfortable rooms with a live in housekeeper that keeps things clean, makes the breakfast and gives the hotel an at home feeling. Half the rooms are on the ground level, rest one floor up via stairs. On check in, you receive a key to the front door so one can come and go freely without having to ring the bell.
