My in-law got there, and they asked him to pay after I was charged for the days. He explained and showed them, saying they don't use hotels.com. I checked my account and found that we were charged, and they let him go even though it was . They don't care about customers, didn't even try to call hotels.com. The worst part they said they would be leaving the platform instead of trying to help the foreigner form a country he barely knows 11 pm
