We stayed for 3 nights with 2 children in a one bedroom flat. The flat was nice and big with a kitchen corner and floor heating. The pullout bed was not too comfortable for sleeping, but Ok. Hotel has indoor and outdoor swimming pool and big Jacuzzi. The pool is about 2 meters deep, a bit too much for me. The staff were friendly and the spa lady even landed me some flip flops for the pool area. The breakfast was good, although no halal or kosher options, same in the restaurant. Easy to find and a few miles from Bansko. Amazing views and pure air. Only negative, some people smoked in their rooms and the smoke came into ours through the ventilation. We complained a couple of times and they made necessary calls. They would stop, but then do it again. We sorted it out by turning ours on. Not the hotels fault, I guess it can happen anywhere. At least no smoking in the restaurant or building(although some restaurants still allow it, even when it is against the law). Overall we had a good holiday and I would stay there again even in the summer, as the pool outside looked impressive!
