The bad part is that limited service from this chain is expected, but ZERO flexibility shouldn't be the way to take care of customers. I requested check out extension, and they wanted to charge. They recommended a service from an app called luggage hero, I made the reservation with them and the place was closed at time to drop the luggage at 10:30, 30 minutes prior to check out time. I was sweetening, carrying three 23 kgs suitcases 4 stares down and in the streets, with a flight to catch at the end of the day, after 20 days traveling in Scandinavia.
I called their emergency telephone number and the answer was: THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT. Therefore, customers should pray that everything ends up perfect with their stay because they are not helpful, having ZERO flexibility, even under this kind of circumstance.
The apartment is well located and new, but has no view and ours was on the 4th floor with no elevator.
