When I got to the hotel, the computer system was down no problem. I waited a bit to get my room and then it was taking too long so the attendant at the front desk gave me what he called a temporary key to get into my room. When I went to my room, the temporary key did not work so I had to go back down to front desk. The system was still down, so then I had to be escorted by who I think is the custodian of the hotel and he opened my room door, but that's after having to wait for him to arrive to the lobby to pick me up, which took several minutes. I checked in on Monday and I understood that housekeeping is only every second day so when I left the hotel at 10:30 AM on Wednesday morning, I asked that my room be cleaned when I return to the hotel at three. It still wasn't clean so I went back down to the front desk to ask once again if my room would be clean and I was rest assured that it will be done by 4:30 because that's when housekeeping leaves. As a result, I went to the pool for one hour and 20 minutes and then I returned to my room at 4:20 and to my surprise it was still not done and then I had to call back and make a big fuss over the phone and finally they came in our room, but they rushed everything because they were leaving at 4:30 meanwhile, we had to shower while they were in our room cleaning because we had the reservations for supper at 5:30. I've been outside of the city. I also told the front desk person that the fridge actually froze my entire grocery.
