"This hotel is no longer a five star furniture in rooms are old and need to be updated. Staff were friendly and tried their best to help. Most of the restaurants were closed in the week out of five only two would be opened."

"I’ve stayed at quite a few all inclusive resorts across various destinations in Mexico, this one was by far the best experience I’ve had Food was amazing our room was in good condition for a 10 year old property but the 2 main highlights for me were the location and the extremely helpful staff, regardless of room category or status level it seemed like all guests were treated the same. It’s a smaller resort so everything feels a little more personal and upscale, no reservations for dinner no towel cards for the pool just take as many as you need, room service arrives in 20-30 minutes and house keeping is very consistent. Special shoutout to Mel and Erik, best entertainers I’ve encountered at a resort.. Chepo and Miguel at the pool deck for keeping our drinks full all day and Santos at the Italian restaurant! Will be staying here again. "

"We stayed on the family side of the resort. The common areas of the hotel, rooms, and pool were all great. All was very clean, and family-friendly. The paths to the beach were easily accessible, and a very peaceful surrounding. Our only complaint was that the food wasnt as good as what we expected. It wasn't horrible, but just not as good as what we would have expected from a resort like this. Also, we added on the Family Concierge package. Some of the perks were nice to have & we did utilize some of them. However, im not sure if we would add it again if we revisited the resort."

"Beautiful location and relaxing. Excellent choice of food and beverages. There are happy hour drinks at the two beach bars but the cocktails are not strong at all. Prices are in line with California."
