"Amazing stay!"

"I WILL NEVER EVER Return to this place! Not even if someone offer me a free stay. My family and I just return from a miserable 6 day vacation from there. Do not book with this hotel! Our flights on Frontier were not an issue either way and on time both ways. But this hotel. I don't know how many characters I have to tell you all the things that are wrong or if I can attach pictures. It is an old run down, in desperate need of repair, sad excuse of an all inclusive resort. The place is dirty, it smells and it's so out dated. The video is so deceiving! The kids water park is so sad. It's not always fully operating. Like most of the hotel. "

"Breakfast menu was pretty good. Lunch buffet was okay, dinner buffet was the worst of the 3 meals. Restaurants were great, but closed very early. Buffet should also remain open longer. Room was in good condition and they cleaned it every day. Best shower we ever used. Respect to the housekeepers who were staffed 24/7. Overall, good drinks, great beach and pools, and nice ocean views. Very friendly and helpful staff. "

"This is a pretty small hotel, which was actually nice is many ways. However, there are not a whole lot of activities for children to do. And it’s a very relaxed vibe. Food options were very limited. We ate at the Mexican restaurant one night and it was honestly terrible, the food had no flavor which was very disappointing. The other nights we just ate at the buffet. Two people from my party got food poisoning. I got food poisoning the second day we were there which pretty much put a damper on my whole trip. The staff at this hotel is so friendly. Every single staff member I interacted with was very helpful and very very friendly. They are the best part of this hotel. "

"I would not go back to this property. The capacity of the restaurants is very limited. Long wait times. Food was horrible. The staff at the Mexican restaurant was not nice. Especially, Enrique! Was very rude to our group. Not enough activities. The water aerobics instructor was very fun! I would say the highlight was the dj at the pool, the taco bar was good, and the beach area is nice. "

"My wife and I travelled to Mexico from the UK and spent 12 days on holiday at this resort. We had a wonderful time. We did not pay to be privilege guests and this did not impact our holiday at all. The resort is adults only and we were so surprised at the wide range of ages at the resort and how well the hotel caters for different needs. The hotel has three pools. The first has more activities and music, which consistently had a large crowd and wide age range of guests. The second is a little quieter but used for aqua spinning and volleyball which again included a wide age range of guests. We hung around mostly by the lazy river and bar for the laughter as people floated around the gentle current and passed through man made waterfalls of cold water. Thanks to Carlos for bringing all our drinks with a smile. The variation was great for whatever mood or age. The resort has six restaurants. We heard moans from people about not everything being open every night and the buffet only being available for breakfast and lunch. We didn't find it an issue whatsoever, there is plenty to choose from, including for my wife who is gluten free. At every restaurant we were asked for dietary requirements and she was very well catered for. The hotel is beautifully decorated, our room was clean and well maintained. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a first floor pool view suite upon arrival. Lots of space and a huge comfy bed. "

"Not enough option for vegetarian food. Needed unnecessary reservation for restaurants. Staff was kind, respectful and responsive. "
