"The airport shuttle service is excellent. You need to pre-register your pick up time with the hotel and they provide really clear meeting point with pictures that you won't missed. I think the hotel is newly renovated, if you book your return room with them, they can keep your luggage upon your return. Highly recommended."
"I would avoid this hotel at all cost. Robbers and thieves operate freely. Our luggage was stolen whilst checking out right infront of 3 reception staff who did nothing to stop it happening!!!!. They were also very reluctant to assist us when we asked them to call the police!!!. Our passports,credit cards,money mobile phone and ipad were stolen. We did not even receive any assistance from the hotel staff or management. I would definately never stay here there is something very bad going on at this hotel."
