Make sure you check your email to get info on accessing the building. The manager Chris at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Overall it was a wonderful experience. "

"Our first visit to Santiago & staying at Hotel Boutique Casa Conde made it truly great. The hotel is a stunning historic building with spacious and airy rooms and real character. The rooms were spotlessly clean & aircon on these hot January days very welcomed. Even better are the staff. "The singular Santiago was amazing, the staff made the difference in this hotel, everyone absolutely everyone will go above and beyond to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. The quality of the breakfast and the restaurant menu is superb and their pisco is to die for. Lastarria is a very pretty and safe area so location couldn’t be better. My only suggestion will be for the TV in the room to be bigger in size since rooms are massive ( at least the type that we booked). Thanks again to...

It is within a five-minute walk from the subway station, with many buses passing by. The neighborhood is very walkable and has many cafes, bars, and restaurants. It is only a 10-ish minute walk to the art museums as well. It is located next door to the park with an amazing skyline view. "Great for the price, nice central location and very close to the Santa Lucia metro station so you can get pretty much anywhere very easily. Quite a small room, with either two single beds or a double, plus a roller pull-out bed and another single bed in quite a confined space. Better for 3 people rather than 4. The room gets serviced every weekday and they replace towels etc. The wifi was good, the signal dropped at one point but the manager fixed it asap. The front desk staff do not speak any...
