During my stay, I shared a few personal observations regarding areas that could be improved. The team was very receptive to the feedback, which speaks highly of their commitment to guest satisfaction and continuous improvement. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. "I stayed here in April 2026, I really enjoyed my stay, the room was nice and clean, the AC and water pressure did not disappoint. The location was great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Over all I loved my stay and would stay here again next time I am in Guadalajara."

"Hotel room and also staff were are excellent. Location is walking distance to lots of historic sites to see. The only issue was that during my 5 days stay the elevator broke twice but was repaired within 24 hours. Also every time I left the room the access card got deactivated. Apparently it’s a security feature but very inconvenient as you have to reactivate it at the front desk every time you come back from outside. Having said that I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Staff muy atento, AC de la habitación eficiente, desayuno buffet empezaba a las 7 pero a las 8 aún faltaban un par de guisados, estacionamiento de tamaño limitado pero el personal maximiza de manera correcta el espacio para que los autos estén bajo resguardo. Por su ubicación llega algo de ruido de la vida nocturna de afuera, quienes sean sensibles a esto deben tenerlo presente."
