This was such a horrible experience. :(( The manager tried to give me money to not write this review, but I would rather warn people.
We arrived a family of three with an 8-month old baby. We had driven all day and arrived at 6pm to find that they had given us a one bedroom apt with a single bed rather than the three bedroom apt we had reserved and paid for. The front desk was closed, and when we called their number, the manager said that he could see that we had booked and paid for a 3 bedroom, but unfortunately they were fully booked, and he did not know what had happened, so that was that.
I asked for a full refund for the two nights we had booked, so I could go somewhere else, as we were three people incl. a small baby, and there was only one bed, but he refused. We were back and forth on the phone for three hours, and the poor baby had to sit in the car and wait after a full day of driving. Two people finally had to sleep on the floor, because all the other hotels in the area were full.
The next day they promised to rectify the situation, but their idea of rectifying it was to charge fully for the first night and refund for the second night if we checked out. We packed up and left at 12pm, and they ended up only refunding a tiny amount for the second night, because they charged a penalty for canceling (after they themselves had asked us to cancel and guaranteed a full refund for the second night).
Do not book this place.
