LOCK MALFUNCTION 🚨
The hotel itself was very nice however, we faced a very big issue with our room. After leaving, we were unable to get back into the room with our key cards. Upon returning to the front desk and receiving two new key cards, we still could not get into our room. We waited over 3 1/2 hours at the hotel, unable to leave unable to get our things or do absolutely anything before the hotel offered to provide us another room. The hotel did not offer us any discount or any other accommodations and it was only after 3 1/2 hours and it was already 10 PM before they offered to give us a new room. We stood outside of our room as somebody with a crowbar tried to pry open our door unsuccessfully we were told they were going to have to cut the door down to get our things, but we had to continue waiting as they just kept trying to pry it open. Finally, we got moved to a downgraded room and had no other accommodations discounts or reimbursement. This prevented us from doing anything else the second half of the day because you’re unable to get into our room to grab our things.
