Let me start by saying - "if you're expecting the Ritz - this ain't it - the furniture is old and the room could use updating." However - if you're looking for a nice sized room - with a very comfortable bed - for an extremely quiet night's rest - then this is the place for you. What my wife and I truly loved about this property is: 1) it's pet friendly. 2) it's gated with roving security - we felt very safe. 3) we had a little issue with the hot water - we called the front desk - and the issue was fixed within minutes - not hours. 4) there's a wonderful breakfast served in the morning from 7am to 11am (times may change in the future). The breakfast personnel were wonderful and very accommodating. The food was hot and plentiful. 5) The layout of the property was very easy to access and there were plenty of parking in front of our room. Overall - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would definitely stay here in our future travel while enroute to Mexico City - and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you Hotel Mision Express Saltillo.

Para empezar ha sido el único hotel en el que me han hecho esperar tanto, a pesar de que el check in es a las 3 pm; siempre han tenido la amabilidad de ofrecerme habitación antes de lo esperado, al arribar al hotel y en este caso no fue así. Seguido de esto al entrar a la habitación olía a humedad... tenía días cerrada, el papel sanitario ya estaba empezado lo cual me resultó bastante anti higiénico y la cereza del pastel fue que el restaurant NO TENÍA ALIMENTOS QUE OFRECER imagina vijar por horas y llegar a comer nada... pésimo servicio, poca amabilidad de los trabajadores y cero empatía para el viajero
