We arrived at about 10:40am, much earlier than check-in time (4pm). The security guard called for someone to come down and meet us but it took between a half hour to 45 minutes after she said she would be "down in a minute" (there's no reception to check in). We were then turned away and told to come back at 3 because that's as early as they can let us check in. That they'll start cleaning the room right away. So we carried our heavy backpacks out and tried to find something to do to kill without doing too much walking because we were sore and tired from travel. When we came back, they just gave us an enveloppe and when we asked where the room was, she told us to look at the map, that it's easy. But the map only showed how to get to the parking space that would be designated to us- although we had no car. However, she was right, finding the room was easy. Once we got in, we were blown away by how big and pretty the room was. However, it looked more like the previous guests had kept it clean vs there actually being any cleaning done. A towel was left on the floor, water on the counter, the sink had toothpaste in it...
The apartment itself was lovely but the staff wasn't the greatest.
