Keys (a code really) are collected in another place, lights could not be turned off (really bright lights on ceiling), switch not working, on the phone (there is no real person to help) they told us to disconnect the mains, so we had no lights in all the apartment, no microwave, no working fridge, etc., with no possible help until Monday (it was Friday 6pm), after we would have left.
One day the entrance codes where reset by error, all guests, not only us, locked out from the building and apartments for over an hour, at least.
It should come with a warning, “stay there at your own risk”, I am sure there are better choices in Oslo for the price.
PD: I asked por a partial refund at the e-mail they gave us, and have not heard a thing from them yet, apart from an automated response, so they did get the mail..
