We were able to arrive at the hotel at midnight, after a long and crowded traffic, Unfortunately the receptionist told us our room has been sold out, although we already paid for this room. How a room can be sold two times? I and my family (with three children) faced to be a homeless, because the receptionist (Felicia) told that she could cancel the reservation in the middle of the night, without any positive solution. After so many afford, she accepted to give another room in the Crowne Plaza, but there were not enough bed for 6 people, so we had to squeze, because no other option. The other day, they transferred our room to staybridge, with kitchen but a sofa bed without mattress, of course no room service, we squezed again, just like a joke. I’m medical doctor, associate professor of Cardiology, and had never faced this kind of attitude previously. How a bad experience was it for us. Who will compensate this failure?
