I'm very loyal customer of this company hotels, I'm custom to travel because my work, and I used to stay in Hilton Hotels, but i traveled from my city that it is far away 8 hours to came to watch the boxing fight, and I booked my room with them. i just went straight directly to the boxing because it was late, but my room was already paid and booked. Around 5: 40pm the front desk lady called me to let me know that my reservation was cancelled and selled to another persona because I didn't arrive at 3:00pm to check in. This is unrespected full, and unprofessional, this is the first time it happens to me, you can check in after the required time whenever you want to arrive because you already paid for that room. after the boxing finished, I went to the hotel to talk with them because I didn't have place to stay for the night, and they told me that they sell the room already to another person. As consequence of that I had to drive 8 hours back home because I didnt have a place to sleep. They selled it because somebody else paid more for the room, and it was easy for them to say " I didnt check in at 3:00" what part of the polize of the hotel it say that? I dont recommend this Hotel to anybody, because if they did that to me, they do with any one no matter if they are traveling with children or no.
thanks God I didnt brough my children with me this time.
