This property was disappointing, to say the least. What was worse was the communication from the property management company. I didn't realize I would have to deal with them when I booked this as I have not had this experience through Expedia before.
Firstly, once you book, you're not ACTUALLY booked. You have to fill out paperwork and send a photo ID ahead of time. When I arrived at the hotel, they told me there is a fee for them to hold my bags AND if I came back any later than my check-in time, there would be an additional $20 fee. This should have been noted ahead of time as I had to make plans that took just long enough to get back in time to grab my bags.
When I got to the apartment, there was food stuck to the stove top, the toilet was running loudly, the refrigerator didn't work/wasn't on, and the TV didn't work. I called Expedia and the management company and Expedia was relatively helpful and did the right thing, but the management company was terrible. The man I talked to was extremely rude and told me that he had a video that showed that none of these problems existed when the cleaning team left that day. This obviously was impossible and that was proven by the fact that the maintenance person came to the apartment to FIX all of these issues the next day.
I received no compensation from the property and didn't even receive an apology. Very disappointing, will never stay there again and will definitely keep a closer eye on this when booking through Expedia.
