Beautiful hotel, on a little beach with a cool beach club. Very clean. The staff is amazing, everybody was so courteous and helpful, especially Amir at the front desk and the host lady at the breakfast place. Loved my stay and would recommend it.

We would like to formally report that my wife’s makeup items went missing after the room was cleaned by housekeeping. We informed the reception immediately and have followed up several times over the past 3–4 days. Unfortunately, although the staff have been polite, no real action has been taken, and the matter does not appear to be treated seriously. These items were inside our room and under the hotel’s responsibility during cleaning. We expect this issue to be properly investigated, including checking housekeeping records and staff involved, and that we receive a clear response and solution as soon as possible.

Cracking hotel

A spacious hotel with a lovely outlook to the water providing good beach and pool facilities at a reasonable price. Its location provides an easy commute back to the City or even to the Lusail International circuit. The food was excellent offering a good breakfast and then a choice of other authentic restaurants…we particularly enjoyed the Thai food.
