It was really disappointing:
- The room cleaning service was not done till late in the afternoon (5-6 pm), later on the housekeeping lady explained to me that they prioritized the check out rooms and later the rooms of actual guests. This decision is so bad for the guests you have in house still!
- When I went to ask for the cleaning service the person that was in the front desk was very rude and corrected my English with a very bad attitude and being sarcastic
- They didn’t left complimentary water cans in the room for 3 days in a row
- They didn’t changed towels or bed sheets/quilt for our entire stay (6 nights)
- They have a SMS service that supposedly listens to you and solve problems but they never answered any of my messages
- They gave us the room in the 4th floor that is above the bar, even with double glass window everything filters inside
- The rooms of the 1st two categories are really small
In general, nice location, new hotel, very bad service, very bad housekeeping and not a great experience ☹️
