The hotel was clean, which is always good however, there were some issues. First of all the vending machine only took one dollar bills, which I had to exchange at the front desk in order to get. Once I got the money and inserted it into the vending machine I push the button for my desired drink, which was sold out. It did not say it was sold out when I pushed it prior to putting the money in so I had no way of knowing. So I had to get $3.50 back in quarters. That was fun. The biggest issue is that the hotel advertises a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle is sitting outside. When I asked the front desk when the next trip was going to head to the airport, I was informed that you must schedule transportation to the airport 24 hours in advance. Since I did not book the hotel 24 hours in advance of my arrival there was no way I was going to get a shuttle to the airport. This required me to pay extra for an Uber to the airport. If the shuttle is not consistently going to the airport, it shouldn’t be advertised as an amenity.
