Initially, our concern was that we weren’t given the room we were promised, kept promising day after day that they will move us to the room we paid for, apologized that the guest staying there didn’t want to leave but then changed the story later on and told us that Expedia booked us a room that was already booked—Keep in mind i reserved this a month in advanced. On our 4th day, we decided it’s time for new pillow cases so before we left, we removed them for the housekeeping. We found that the pillows underneath are unacceptably dirty. We then placed the pillows on the floor with a note saying we want new clean pillows and not just pillow cases. We came back in the evening and checked if we got our clean pillows, it was the same pillows, so we brought this up to the reception and asked for someone to take care of this. Housekeeping came and took the pillows away, came back with what seemed like new pillows but we decided to check anyway, surprisingly, still the same pillows. We called manager to complain, asked if he wanted to see it himself but no, he just sent back his housekeeper to take care of it. At 3am housekeeper said there’s no more pillows available and that he searched around earlier. We refused to take the pillows back. On top of all these, every morning we wake up around 4 or 5am to loud noises from outside, either from guests screaming, throwing up, laughing, or housekeepers vacuuming banging on the walls. Staff here are all rude no matter what time of the day.
