Great hotel

The beach was expansive, beautiful and quiet compared to Jumeirah Beach in Dubai, which was quite busy.

A very beautiful property facing the Burj Khalifa. The mall was within walking distance even in the heat. The fountains out back were under construction which we did not know prior to making reservations but the hotel upgraded us to an incredible suite to make our stay special and memorable. The staff was super kind and helpful for everything from sending out our laundry to coordinating taxis to our destinations.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights only. Had some issues during check-in (they initially put me in a simpler room on the 6th floor. I complained and they moved me to a room similar to the one I saw in the pictures when I booked). Other than that, everything was great. Fast and reliable wifi, amazing breakfast (special thanks to Solange for the tour of the restaurant), very comfortable and spacios room. Friendly staff. It was my first time staying here and I loved it. The staff are so professional and helpful. The cafe downstairs has great coffee and the room service food was delicious. Special shout out to Katrina as she ensured that I have such a great stay for my birthday! She’s so kind and helpful. Definitely visiting again.

Free popcorn, filtered water and friendly staff

Wonderful hotel with many fun pools and restaurants. Our place, a 1 bedroom, was perfect which included a washer/dryer. (Sofa bed was hard as a rock, but that's OK.)

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located adjacent to the Dubai Mall. Our hotel room could have used a little updating but the view was spectacular and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was especially wonderful....the front desk, the concierge, the valets...all of them. They made us feel so welcome and were extremely helpful.

I have traveled to many many places and I am telling you this is a great option. I absolutely loved my stay. It is close to the Jumeirah Mosque and one of the hop-on-hop-off bus stops if you do that when you start out your trip. I really really loved the staff's care, the style of the hotel, the comfort of the bedding, and the breakfast. Only tiny thing, housekeeping needs to be just a touch more on it when it comes to making the room perfect each day...but really not a big problem. Just...
