The rooms require a lot of maintenance. Old and stained sheets. Dirty and smelly carpet. Old and deteriorated furniture. Strong smell of cigarettes and cannabis in the hallways. Housekeeping never came to organize the room. They didn't even change the towels. I chose this hotel because of the kitchen but it doesn't even have a spoon. In addition to the fact that the kitchen floor could only be walked on with sandals due to how sticky it is. I had to go to Walmart and Dollar Tree to buy kitchen utensils such as a frying pan, pot, spatula, disposable plates...etc. The structure of the building requires a lot of maintenance such as painting, carpet cleaning and general cleaning. Something positive: The location of the hotel is excellent. Very close to many places of interest. There was always very hot water to bathe. The refrigerator and air conditioner worked perfectly. The TV had good channel service. Apart from this, I have nothing more positive to say. We have been vacationing in Orlando at least once a year for a long time and we have never felt as uncomfortable with a hotel as we did with Extended Stay America Convention Center Sports Complex.
