when we arrived, we were informed we had NO reservation. I showed them the print out of the reservation, with confirmation number, name, correct date and that it was paid for in advance. Was told I may have all that information, but Hotels.com did not confirm with Hampton Inn the reservation. The reservation was none refundable. I called Hotels.com and tried to complete steps thru the automated call, was repeatedly told to please enter the correct code, which I kept putting in. Nothing was resolved. Was told I could check in, but had to PAY again. I sure hope I can get a REFUND!
