Upon arrival, the check in clerk was outside the building. The building was evacuated due to a gas leak. So the check in was not the best. We asked for a 2nd floor room and the clerk said no. We went to the room and saw another room facing the parking lot and which had an outside door. We asked for a room change. The ckerk said no again. I finally had to walk back to the check in area and ask again. We finally got what we asked for. The property was not sold out and they had separate bldgs. The ice machine was in another bldg. The whole experience was not great. There were other choice hotels nearby.

We arrived and the front desk clerk said they did not have our room due to over booking. We had paid in advance and included the insurance, but ended with no room.

There were several dead roaches in the room. Ants in the bed. Red ants all over everything outside. Dirty. Literally the word “help” scratched in the bathroom wall.

The property is showing some wear. Due to the Covid issue there was no maid service or breakfast. The pool was closed at this property but not the hotels next door. The Covid virus couldn’t survive that Yuma heat so it makes no sense to close the pool.

My stay was good. The front staff were helpful. Bed was comfortable. The only downer for this trip had nothing to do with anything they could control. Covid had a lot of stuff shut down.

I wish the toilets in the room were higher from the ground. I am not handicapped but i have a bad hip and it was really uncomfortable using the toilet.

I will not stayed in there again. The first room was horrible right across from housekeeping laundry by the front desk. It was dark and not remodeled like the room we stayed in previously

I liked the room, I didn’t like the clerk that was training another clerk at check in,also the web page said I could pay cash Upon check in but during check in the clerk wouldn’t let me Not happy about that ...
