Worst hotel ever! Since the beginning there was no communication, they did not answer when I tried to reach them to ask questions, they don't even have WhatsApp, terrible customer service and they only clean the room upon request, the shampoo and conditioner were super small and we were 3 guests. They ask for a deposit even though you reserve through Expedia. There's no elevator so if you have luggage, you have to lift it up to the 2nd floor (which is stupid since this is supposed to be useful for people coming or going to the airport). The breakfast was none existent, only carbs (awful bread and pancakes)
