It took over 30 minutes to get checked in. Even though I kept saying I paid on this website, the woman kept trying to run my credit card again. Something in the hall would randomly make a high pitched beep noise constantly. My shower had a rather big leak coming from the ceiling and the entire room smelled like mildew and mold. We had to go out to breakfast because we were only given one plate each with only a couple items on it. They would not even allow my boyfriend to bring me a plate in bed! A small sign states multi night rooms are not being cleaned due to covid but linens/towels would be replaced if the old ones were left in the hallway. We did this hours before the deadline. When we returned the wet ones were gone but nothing clean was left! If you have allergies to mold or asthma (like my daughter) do not stay in this hotel! We almost left the first night despite the room being nonrefundable. I definitely will not ever stay at another best western again.

The conditions outside were deplorable with trash receptacles overflowing and trash blowing around. We arrived on Thursday evening and the receptionist was very cordial. The room itself had a moldy smell and the faucet in the sink dripped constantly. The constant noise (all night) of traffic from RT 40 was irritating. Housekeeping didn't clean Friday or Saturday despite request to do so especially on Saturday. We had to ask several times on Sunday to get housekeeping to come clean up the room. We were told that they only cleaned every other day. Well if that was true then they should have cleaned on Saturday without being asked.

The hotel itself was decent. We stayed in a family room (2 queen beds & a single). The room was clean and the beds were firm. My disappointment was from the front desk agent. She was rude and extremely insincere. Signs around the hotel stated that breakfast was from 6am-10am. However, when we went at 9:10am, everything was gone. I asked the front desk agent about breakfast and she stated that due to covid breakfast was cut short and she pointed at a small sign. The interaction should of been handled differently. Her tone was harsh and dismissive. She definitely needs extra customer service training.

Made a booking through the site right before midnight , arrived around 1am to find out they sold our room to someone else. Night clerk was not the nicest I’ve met. Went next door had a great room, good price and wonderful night clerk.

Car got stuck in snow as they didn’t have anyone clearing the snow for guests. Entering the room a very old and loud air conditioner was on full blast I could hear from the hallway. Turned on the light and saw a roach scatter immediately but it was 3 am and I had no choice it was this place or sleep in my car and freeze to death. 1 star because it’s the minimum.

We never got to stay at the hotel because the parking lot was snow packed and unaccessible. However, Hotels.com would not provide any sort of restitution (yes it was a non-refundable room). No credit of any kind. Additionally, even though I paid for the room, Hotels.com would not allow this night to count towards my Rewards since we never actually checked into the property. I'm very disappointed in Hotels.com and we will likely never use them again
