We will return! We visited in October and the resort and staff were amazing. Mr Paris, concierge for building 40 was very attentive and helpful. There was a mix up with the room situation and the manager Beatrice was so accommodating and followed up to make sure the rest of stay was positive. Copal Tulum is located on the north side of Aldea Zama, a massive new, upscale development between the village and the ocean. The area around this hotel is mostly built-out. Beautiful hotel. We loved our room with the private pool/jet tub, as well as another main pool that overlooks the ocean. The entire staff was welcoming and went the extra mile to accommodate us. There is an onsite restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and dinner as well.
