Great location, walking distance to all the shopping and other restaurants. Great beach and access to the ocean. Wonderful on site dining experience! Their ceviches and Black sesame tuna is out of this world! Friendly and helpful stuff. Overall great stay!

I do have mixed feelings about the fact that it is located inside the Tulum National Park, which is a government protected area. For one, it is kind of confusing to get there because google maps still shows the entrance on the north side (near the Mayan Ruins) but access is actually on the south side (where Parque del Jaguar is located). Our family had the privilege of being the first guests to stay at Niken. We weren’t sure what to expect with no previous reviews to go off of. This hotel has wonderful access to the beach and beach club. Sunrise is perfect and breakfast at the restaurant is included. The hotel staff, specifically Diana and Abril, were so helpful and arranged a snorkeling excursion for us. We liked that the beach club closes early (6pm) so that the area is quiet at night and not a loud party spot. Truly a paradise!
We had a wonderful time during our stay at Casa Teka. The property is beautiful and is centrally located in the Tulum beach area but secluded enough that you aren’t kept awake by the beach clubs nearby. The team took care of all of our needs from helping to set up taxis to decorating our room for my birthday. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!
I do not typically give any hotel that I have stayed at a perfect score as there are always imperfections. However after having spent a week at PE I can only say that it is the perfect place to stay in Tulum. This property was very TULÚM, Zen vibes! Super quiet, NOT a party hotel! Very relaxing, and everyone was super super nice and welcoming! I felt like we were the only ones there because we rarely saw anyone else in the establishment which made it even more private and relaxing. The room was spacious, with a balcony and a hammock! The view was incredible to wake up to everyday! Beachfront hotel, can’t beat that! Had beady beds to lay under the palm trees for some shade!

Excelente hotel. Nuestra cabaña en el segundo piso estuvo siempre muy limpia. Tiene un acceso directo a la playa y la vista del balcón es muy linda. El staff fue siempre atento. La regadera tiene la presión del agua muy baja y la luz del baño en el lavabo es demasiado bajita. Todo lo demás superó nuestras expectativas.
After a nightmare of events with a double booking (NOT the resort’s fault- thank you, Gabrielle for helping sort out that mess), we had the time of our lives! I’ve been to Tulum before and was eager to explore more - I was not disappointed!

First and foremost, this is a special hotel in a great place. If you want fancy amenities, air conditioning, and loud TVs go stay at one of the big resorts. For our honeymoon, I specifically chose this hotel for it's intimate appeal and location on the beach to disconnect from the distractions of day to day living. We booked a standard bungalow with garden view but it was a room not a bungalow, so the next day we changed it to a bungalow with beach views. The hotel is very close to the ruins. Good location by the beach. Good seafood in the restaurant for a good price and gentle staff. Highly recommended it.
This place is pretty unique. It has a very bohemian vibe to it. We stayed in a private villa right on the water which came with a bathroom. IT was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The food was ok, but the drinks were good. From what I hear this is the more quiet part of Tulum with the best beaches. Would absolutely stay there again.
