"This hotel is stunning. The staff were so helpful upon check in and also in advance. We managed to organize horse riding with The Massif even though we only had the one night there.
They had a free seafood dish on offer which was yummy and we also dined in the restaurant, food was excellent. Breakfast buffet is definitely the best we’ve had in Chile. Views are unmatched, the extra large windows make the most of this. Rooms were incredibly clean and well prepared. We enjoyed the added bonus of the sauna and swimming pool. Really cant complain! It’s was a fabulous stay for our last night in Torres Del Paine! "

"We stayed in this hotel 3 separate nights. They have a convenient shuttle to/from the airport and staff is very helpful. One night we were able to keep our luggage there since we didn’t need a lot for a quick trip to Easter Island. We highly recommend this place. Very nice. "
