I read another review about having to tip for the breakfast at Denny's, you can always take it to go which is what we did so it truly is free. They give you vouchers and you can choose 3 breakfast items (bacon,sausage, pancake, French toast, hash browns, eggs any way, oatmeal with milk) and a small drink (coffee, apple juice, orange juice) It is also not across the street, its in the same parking lot. "In Spokane North, looking to buy my first house in the area stayed here and it was fantastic. They checked me in an hour earlier than normal. The water with lemon was delicious and the cookies that they put out at 7 PM were great. The lobby was nice and clean and I watched a little World Cup and drink water and the room was fantastic and the next day breakfast buffet was very good real breakfast real food and just a great day. Thank you very much."

"Apple Tree Inn, it was a old-vintage vibe. I can tell these used to be apartments. We rented a room that had 2 queen size beds and 2 twin beds. The layout was indeed spacious. It had a full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, full refridgerator), the beds were not horrible (firm), clean. The property was not in a bad area of Spokane, quiet on the property.
