"This was a perfect cozy stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I read another review about having to tip for the breakfast at Denny's, you can always take it to go which is what we did so it truly is free. They give you vouchers and you can choose 3 breakfast items (bacon,sausage, pancake, French toast, hash browns, eggs any way, oatmeal with milk) and a small drink (coffee, apple juice, orange juice) It is also not across the street, its in the same parking lot. "Apple Tree Inn, it was a old-vintage vibe. I can tell these used to be apartments. We rented a room that had 2 queen size beds and 2 twin beds. The layout was indeed spacious. It had a full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, full refridgerator), the beds were not horrible (firm), clean. The property was not in a bad area of Spokane, quiet on the property. "Room was clean and everything was working as it should. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Breakfast had a pretty good selection with biscuits and gravy, seasoned potatoes, eggs and a protein (sausage), waffles, bagels and cream cheese, cereals, juices, and yogurt. Plenty of free parking and right next to a Walgreens for convenience."
