"In Spokane North, looking to buy my first house in the area stayed here and it was fantastic. They checked me in an hour earlier than normal. The water with lemon was delicious and the cookies that they put out at 7 PM were great. The lobby was nice and clean and I watched a little World Cup and drink water and the room was fantastic and the next day breakfast buffet was very good real breakfast real food and just a great day. Thank you very much."

"This was a perfect cozy stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I read another review about having to tip for the breakfast at Denny's, you can always take it to go which is what we did so it truly is free. They give you vouchers and you can choose 3 breakfast items (bacon,sausage, pancake, French toast, hash browns, eggs any way, oatmeal with milk) and a small drink (coffee, apple juice, orange juice) It is also not across the street, its in the same parking lot. "Apple Tree Inn, it was a old-vintage vibe. I can tell these used to be apartments. We rented a room that had 2 queen size beds and 2 twin beds. The layout was indeed spacious. It had a full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, full refridgerator), the beds were not horrible (firm), clean. The property was not in a bad area of Spokane, quiet on the property. "I was so excited to see that this hotel location is right next door to our favorite Pho Restaurant. Pho Van! This is our new spot to stay when we go to Spokane. Its affordable, it has a free breakfast, pool and Pho Soup for dinner. I love it!"

"Love the Grand! Great location in downtown Spokane, directly across from the First Interstate Center for the Arts! Plus, walking to amazing shops, Aunty's Bookstore, Uncle's Puzzle store, Atticus, Boo Radley's, and so many more! Great coffee and food too, right in the lobby and plenty of coffee shops and eateries all within walking distance. The best part is the river and falls views while walking through the park on the Centennial trail!!!!"
