"The street was under construction and we had to hobble over wooden boards and rocky paths with no lighting. The hotel is not clearly marked from the outside so we passed it multiple times before finding it. Our train had been delayed so we arrived, unexpectedly, past the 8pm check in deadline. We tried to call ahead when we knew our train would be delayed but the number online was not reachable. "Absolutely would stay here again. The rooms were simple and compact, but clean and functional. Air conditioning was effective (although we were a little annoyed cleaning staff turned our AC off while we were gone). But the standout was truly the spa. I’ve had many nice massages but the couples massage here was maybe the best I’ve ever had. Whirlpool bath was a romantic and luxurious addition. Very reasonable prices. Overall a great experience."

"The best value I've had in Prague so far. Modern apartment that's close enough to town, but not in the middle of all the tourist trap. While I do find the check-in process to be convenient (all with a machine) I can understand why it could be a bit of a hassle for some people (limited time where staff was accessible). I had no problem at all, so all was good. I would definitely stay here again."
