Nice hotel as far as appearance, room design and mattress comfort. The problems: No reasonably good English speakers on staff. The basic amenities which Western travelers expect to find in their hotel room, such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, clean shower, garbage pail, etc., where not provided. No food onsite. Difficulty even getting tea or coffee. Problems with check-in and check-out. There appears to be 2 different hotel businesses selling rooms at the same property, although no one could adequately explain this to me. They alleged they did not receive payment from me and my reservation was not valid - when I was leaving hotel for airport. Very stressful. Not recommended until the situation there can get straightened out.
