Refund my money back
My stay was not recognised,my booking is not booked well ,I didn’t even sit on there customer service talk of seen there rooms,i was told that they didn’t seen my booking online and there only booking is not working,so i need to go again be searching for another hotel that day,and they debited my account,am still waiting for refund my money back to ny account.
