I wish we loved this place, but we ran into a number of unfortunate occurrences.
First, I would avoid checking in on a Sunday as there is no in person check in. We were advised that the door would be open for us upon arrival, but someone forgot to turn on that feature so we stood outside for 15 minutes with luggage and 36 degree heat until someone who worked there happened to come upon us.
Second complaint - there was mold in the walls of our bathroom. To make matters worse, there was an ant highway crawling above the shower constantly.
Third complaint - the air conditioning was not effective. It was installed in the entry way of the room, which was divided with a vaulted ceiling. That area was cool but the room itself was hot.
Fourth complaint - their website advertised an outdoor terrace. If there is one, no one told us how to get there and we didn’t see it.
Final thing - the service was virtually non existent. We rarely saw people and when we did, they didn’t really say a word to us or acknowledge us. At check out, the only words they said was “check out?” And I handed them the keys.
