This was simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I have traveled well over 50 countries and the level of service, quality and cleanliness of the rooms, and the ambiance of the property are unmatched. The value for the money is also great and offers quality services that would cost multiples more at other 5-star properties. I would recommend using the 10 Euro shuttle service to get dropped off since the Medina can be quite confusing the first time you arrive. However, a taxi will usually be able to get you to the Kasbah, from which the hotel is a two-minute walk. The only point I would say can be recommended is the service at the associated Dar El Jeld Restaurant. The food there was outstanding but my waiter did not take the time to explain what the various dishes were (menu was in French only), and I was not asked for drinks or food almost twenty minutes after I was seated and was generally not checked on unfortunately. Other than that though, I have no other suggestions. The girl who worked in the gift shop was also a delight to talk to and very welcoming!
Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and big, just wish they had window facing outside :)
The property is beautiful and staff are very helpful.
Loved the place the atmosphere and especially the staff n service. I travel a lot but never been in a nicer atmosphere of friendliness and cleanliness. Will be back for sure. Thanks to Nora, Amira, Marsh, etc ... can’t remember all the names from receiption to room cleaning. the all
the location of the building is great, in the heart of the old town and close to many interesting highlights of the Tunis including the very good restaurant carrying the same name of the hotel. Despite the location, the building is fully equipped with all modern amenities and very clean and peaceful.
Excellent rien a dire Experience à vivre
Gorgeous property in the heart of the Medina. Immaculately clean.
Checked in so easily and very quickly. In 5 mn we were enjoying our suite, very spacious and clean as white marble. Staff very friendly. The location and the architecture reminds me of my youth (i was born abd raised in Medina Tunis) are unique.
Unbelievably beautiful hotel.
Absolutely loved this unique hotel. Rooms are huge, comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated. It’s in a quiet, central location in the Medina. Had a great time hanging out at the rooftop restaurant in the evenings - good wine and food and great, friendly staff. Will definitely be back.
