I used prepaid service, but when checking in, staff asked me to pay by credit card or what. I said I have already paid, the staff said that’s just booked, not prepaid. Later I requested confirmation by calling, and finally he said I am right. I am not saying he was cheating to charge at higher price, but such practices are poor and brought uncomfortable experience for customers. I doubt their professionalism and integrity. In addition, no actual breakfast, I only took a bottle of water during 2 days of stay. Poor experience.
