Horrible. DO NOT BOOK.
1. reception was not 24/7. the guy at the front desk doesnt seem like he wants to work. very lazy. apparently this is the norm for american customer service. that is wild, considering it is a tips based service society
2. the AC remote does not work and the room was very very cold. the receptionist finally came to help, but he barely helped. he would not change my room despite it being so cold (10ºc) an the heating did not work. the room was ground floor which was super cold
3. it's very dirty. but again, maybe it is american standard. the floor had dust everywhere, the toilet looked and felt dirty, the chair they provided was in poor condition
4.there are no amenities provided. like slippers on the cold concrete floor. no kettle or coffee machine too
5. you have to pay a fee for "convenience" which is a small room with a coffee machine. and the water isnt proper hot to make tea. also, the tea is pathetic. and the reception isnt even 24/7
6. they have a concierge hotline you can call to book, but the service is also poor. you are better off using uber eats and use uber for the airport transfer
