We really enjoyed this boutique hotel that is owned by the nearby Hassler. The rooms were very well appointed and historical, and overlook the Spanish Steps, so a great location. TV didn't work so well although concierge said they were going to change those out. Caution - there is a nice wine bar on roof right above rooms, so quite a bit of noise in the evening, although all quieted down by about 10 pm, so no problem sleeping. No services in hotel (only has 4 rooms), but you have access to all services at nearby Hassler. Bed had beautiful linens, very deluxe. Price was really good considering level of quality. I took pictures of sheer draperies because I want to same thing in my condo!
