After reading some of the reviews, I would like to share our experience. We were there on a Monday, had the river rafts. It was very quite, I was told that on weekends it gets busy, so if you look for tranquillity probably avoid weekend . Dinner was excellent, good flavours and plenty for all of us .Congratulations!!, I read that in many resorts the food is average.
The owner and staff will help you at any moment, and take your bags up and down but there are a lot of steps because of the terrain. If you have difficulties walking it is better to book one of the rooms in the building, not the rafts. It was a while ago, after the rainy season and because of that, the rafts were a little bit in need of a repaint, which they were doing when we stayed . Also the bathroom, because it is wood ,needed a bit of maintenance, just a bit of wood stain or paint I. suppose it is done by now. The rooms were clean, beds were confortable and fridge was a plus. All in all for us was a good experience.
